The team brings varied experiences from various organisations within and outside the health and tertiary education sectors and are excited to apply that to an organisation with a fresh perspective and vision for where the medical profession and the healthcare system can go in future.

A message from the team
Doctors Healthcare professionals experience long hours, constant pressure, and the weight of responsibility that comes with the job, and we know the toll it can take on wellbeing. We have all seen saw colleagues struggling with stress and anxiety, often exacerbated by poor in environments where workplace culture made things harder rather than better.
There have been consequent moments that have deeply impacted the profession, including the loss of junior doctors, to suicide and many more documented cases before them who have had their mental health impacted. These reflect challenges that have existed in healthcare for a long time. Our healthcare system is capable of change, and improvements have already been made over time. However change can feel slow, and it is easy for healthcare staff to become disillusioned
The world has never moved faster, and we have never been more capable. We believe change is possible when we choose to create it together. We believe that healthcare professionals understand these challenges better than anyone. Within them lies the insight, capability, and potential to create solutions. Health for Health was created to empower people within the system to create those solutions because the future of healthcare will be shaped by the people within it.
